About RemotePass
RemotePass is a global fintech and workforce management platform that helps companies hire, manage, and pay distributed teams in compliance with local regulations across multiple countries. We work with fast-growing startups and scaleups, partnering closely with founders, executives, and investors to support international growth.
Job Overview
As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities, while also building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will work directly with decision-makers at leading remote-first companies to understand their needs and position RemotePass's platform as the ideal solution for managing remote teams. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base globally. This role is particularly focused on managing enterprise and mid-market accounts, where deal cycles are longer and more complex, often involving multiple stakeholders and RFP-based procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing full-cycle sales strategies from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Own and manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, including RFP processes, from initial engagement through to final negotiation and close.
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied and continue to use RemotePass for their global workforce needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how RemotePass can add value.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and current clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes for clients.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position RemotePass in the marketplace.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and participate in strategy meetings to refine the sales approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
