Why join us?

Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership.

Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.

As an Expansion Account Executive at Mitti

You'll partner with an established portfolio of customers to help them maximise the value of their investment while identifying opportunities to grow their partnership with us. Rather than focusing on new customer acquisition, you'll drive revenue through strategic account expansion, cross-sell, upsell and multi-product adoption.

How you will spend your time

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving upsell, cross-sell and multi-product adoption against quarterly revenue targets.
  • Uncover new business units, use cases and stakeholders within existing accounts to build a steady pipeline of expansion opportunities.
  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships including through business reviews, briefings and industry events, that give you visibility into customers' long-term priorities.
  • Develop account plans that grow product adoption, customer value and ARR.
  • Partner with Customer Success across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal and Support to remove barriers, accelerate growth and feed customer insight into the roadmap.
  • Keep forecasting, account plans and Salesforce records accurate to support predictable pipeline management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
