Enterprise Account Executive

We’re growing our sales team and looking for a strategic, driven Enterprise Account Executive with a hunter mindset. You’ll open doors, win new enterprise customers and guide complex sales from first conversation to close. It’s an opportunity to shape your territory and help global organizations strengthen how they prepare for and respond to risk.

This is a home-based/remote position that can be based anywhere in the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle in your territory, from prospecting through close.
  • Generate new-logo opportunities through proactive outreach and effective channel and partner strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across security, business continuity, operations and compliance.
  • Lead consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles using methodologies including MEDDPICC and Force Management.
  • Manage enterprise opportunities typically valued at $60K+ ACV, including six-figure deals.
  • Partner with BDRs, Solution Consultants and internal experts to build deal momentum and customer value.
  • Develop strategic account plans that support lasting customer relationships and a healthy, consistent pipeline.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on winning new customers.
  • A track record of selling to Fortune 1000 or other large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling to IT, security, operations, compliance or business continuity leaders.
  • Experience selling ITSM or IT Operations software.
  • Strong experience with SaaS and cloud-native solutions.
  • Experience selling integration-heavy or automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, monitoring or observability tools.
  • A solid understanding of security, compliance and enterprise incident response workflows.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
