The opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished enterprise seller to own the full commercial lifecycle across new and existing accounts. You will combine strategic account leadership with hands-on pipeline generation, opening doors, expanding relationships and positioning Korn Ferry Talent Suite as a long-term enterprise platform.

What You Will Do
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales, from territory planning and prospecting through deal strategy, negotiation and close.
- Build senior, multi-stakeholder relationships and identify new buying centres, use cases and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead consultative conversations with CHROs, Heads of Talent and senior business leaders.
- Create tailored proposals that connect workforce priorities with measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Korn Ferry consultants, sector leaders, delivery teams and product experts to develop integrated solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account plans while continuously deepening product and market knowledge.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven enterprise sales experience in complex business environments, with a strong record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise HR technology platforms or portfolios into large, complex organizations.
- Proven ability to generate new business, open enterprise accounts and expand strategic relationships.
- Strong consultative selling, executive influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Confidence operating within matrixed, evolving go-to-market environments and collaborating across functions.
- A curious, self-directed and resilient approach, with the energy to create momentum and deliver growth.
