Ingenio and Our Client

Ingenio is collaborating with a rapidly expanding technology enterprise at the intersection of AI, Customer Experience, and Cloud transformation. This company is where organizations are actively investing, transforming, and redefining their operational models.

The Opportunity

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who is adept at creating their own market by building relationships, generating pipelines, and securing new enterprise customers from the ground up. This is not a role with an established territory but an opportunity to create one's own market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating net-new enterprise opportunities through structured outbound activity.
  • Building relationships across large, complex organizations.
  • Selling CCaaS, CX, AI, Cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Managing full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact through to close.
  • Engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying groups.
  • Working with partners and internal teams to shape deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
