You’ll use your consultative B2B sales expertise to engage with senior technology executives, understand their challenges, and deliver solutions that create lasting business impact.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building (calls, emails, social selling, and in-person meetings).
  • Leading sales presentations and discovery calls with senior IT and business leaders.
  • Articulating Info-Tech’s value proposition with clarity and confidence.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and sales targets.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as research, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.

  • A naturally curious, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Proven ability to listen actively, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously within a team environment.
  • Resilience and persistence—you thrive in a performance-driven setting and see challenges as opportunities.
  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of technology, business strategy, and the value of insights-led decision making.
  • Previous experience in an advisory, information services, or business services organization is an asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German or Swiss German is an advantage for engaging with clients across EMEA.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
