Enterprise Account Executive
£75,000–£90,000 Basic + Double OTE + Benefits
Hybrid | Central London | 3 days in office
The Opportunity
Our client is an established international organisation operating within the security, risk management and technology space. They work with a diverse range of organisations to help protect people, operations and assets through innovative technology solutions and specialist advisory services.
Combining technology with industry expertise, the business supports organisations in identifying, managing and responding to complex risks across multiple markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative sales team in a commercially focused role, with genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK and Northern Europe, engaging senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives, across defined industry verticals.
This is a proactive, new-business-focused role suited to a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing opportunities from the ground up and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

You will:
- Promote and sell a portfolio of technology-enabled services and specialist solutions, with a focus on generating annual recurring revenue
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify key prospects, decision-makers, business challenges and commercial opportunities
- Build your own pipeline through networking, LinkedIn, email outreach and cold calling, while also managing inbound leads
- Take ownership of bids, RFPs and commercial proposals, ensuring a professional and compelling approach throughout
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through to demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and close
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's value proposition, technology offering and wider industry landscape
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a commercially minded enterprise sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and engaging senior decision-makers.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience within travel risk management or a related sector, such as security, risk management, travel or SaaS
- A strong track record in new business sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Proven experience generating your own pipeline and maintaining a high level of outbound sales activity
- Confidence and resilience in cold outreach and prospecting
- Experience writing bids, responding to RFPs and developing commercial proposals
- A successful track record of demonstrating and selling technology solutions on a subscription or SaaS basis
- Strong experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline, client activity and sales processes
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills within a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- The credibility and gravitas to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach and a collaborative, can-do attitude
