Enterprise Account Executive (RegTech SaaS)
📍 London, United Kingdom
💰 Base salary: £70k to £90k, double OTE plus equity
📝 Permanent
Looking for an Enterprise AE who wants to build something, not just carry a bag? Our client is a profitable, founder-led software company with a product that's already trusted by leading law firms. They're now opening up a second major market: large UK corporates. The product is proven, the references are strong, and a major release is about to make the story even sharper.
This is a chance to be one of the first people in a small, senior sales team at the start of a new growth chapter, with real ownership of a defined set of high-value accounts and a clear path to grow as the UK business scales. If you're an experienced full-cycle closer who prefers depth over volume, read on.
Why join
- A category with little real competition. The product solves a painful, high-stakes problem in a way few others do, and the company has been profitable from the start.
- Proof in the market. Adoption among leading law firms is already high, and new signings are coming in that will give you fresh, credible references.
- A new segment at the start of its curve. Corporate adoption is still early, which means the upside is in front of you, not behind you.
- A product moving forward. A new release is about to expand what the platform does and the value of each deal.
- Real scope. You join early, work closely with senior leadership, and have room to grow as the UK operation matures and the company looks at further markets.
- Equity. Every UK hire participates in the equity plan.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you should have done to be a fit
- Spent 5+ years in SaaS or tech sales as a full-cycle closer.
- Sold into large organisations, multi-threading across stakeholders and defending price on five- to low-six-figure deals with 4 to 6 month cycles.
- Run well-researched, targeted outbound instead of high-volume, spray-and-pray outreach.
- Progressed at an early-stage company of a similar size, with a promotion or two and solid tenure.
- Be based in London and happy to be in the office three days a week.
Nice to have: experience selling to legal, finance, regtech or compliance buyers, and enterprise deal experience (strong mid-market results are also considered).
The role
You'll own new-business sales into a focused list of large UK corporates, where each target is treated as an account of one. The company already has strong traction in one segment and is now scaling into this one, so your job is to open doors, build the case, and win the first wave of logos.
You'll run the full cycle yourself: research and outbound, discovery, demos, multi-threading, negotiation and procurement. You'll report to the Head of Sales UK and work alongside a small team with marketing and business development support on the wider account list.

What you'll do
- Own new-logo sales into a defined set of large UK corporate accounts.
- Run the full sales cycle, from first outreach through to procurement.
- Personally manage the highest-priority accounts, with BDR and marketing support on the rest.
- Build quality outbound campaigns based on deep research into each target.
- Tell a compelling story to corporates still handling this work manually, positioning early adopters against the wider market.
- Land the commercial case for the new product release with senior buyers.
What it's like to work here
A small, senior team, direct access to leadership, and a culture that rewards quality of thinking over activity metrics. You'll have the autonomy to shape how the corporate segment is sold, and the backing of a profitable business rather than a cash-burning one.
