Enterprise Account Executive
Central London | Full-time | Office-based (5 days per week)
Build Something That Matters
Some sales roles offer a bigger territory.
Others offer a bigger commission plan.
Very few offer the chance to help build a company that could define an entirely new category. Ember Talent has been retained to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive for a confidential, venture-backed AI company entering a pivotal stage of growth.
This isn't another productivity tool or incremental software platform. The company is tackling one of the most complex challenges facing global enterprises today, combining world-class engineering with a genuinely transformative commercial proposition.
For the right person, it's an opportunity to join early enough to shape the journey - not simply inherit it.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
You'll work directly alongside an exceptional leadership team that believes enterprise sales should be strategic, intellectually demanding and customer-obsessed.
Success won't be measured by activity metrics or the number of demos booked. It will come from building trusted relationships with senior executives, navigating complex organisations and helping some of the world's largest businesses solve genuinely difficult problems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll have the autonomy to influence how the company sells, how opportunities are won and ultimately how the commercial organisation evolves as the business scales.
You'll Thrive Here If...
- You enjoy selling business transformation rather than point solutions.
- You naturally build credibility with CIOs, CTOs and other senior business leaders.
- You like solving complex commercial problems that require curiosity as much as persistence.
- You're energized by ambiguity and want to help shape the next chapter of a high-growth business.
- You take ownership, challenge conventional thinking and hold yourself to exceptionally high standards.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has...
- Consistently exceeded targets in enterprise software, AI or technology sales.
- Closed complex six and seven-figure enterprise opportunities.
- Sold into large, multi-stakeholder organisations with long, consultative buying cycles.
- Experience engaging executive decision-makers and influencing strategic outcomes.
- Operated successfully within ambitious, high-growth technology companies where ownership and pace are expected.
