Account Executive - UK, Ireland, Nordics & Middle East

Fully Remote (UK-based) | Full-Time

The Company

Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed SpaceTech company applying AI to satellite and earth observation data. Their SaaS platform helps infrastructure operators, including electric utilities, railway, and pipeline operators, monitor and manage risk from vegetation encroachment, ground deformation, and other threats to critical assets. With a team spanning 30+ nationalities and a mission to monitor a billion assets globally by 2030, they're expanding fast across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Middle East, and looking for an experienced Account Executive to lead that growth.

The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for a defined territory spanning the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Middle East, driving new logo acquisition and expansion across infrastructure operators in highly regulated, complex industries. This is a consultative, enterprise sales role for someone who's comfortable navigating long cycles, multiple stakeholders, and technical buyers.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute territory sales strategy to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Proactively build and manage a strong pipeline through independent prospecting, outreach, and networking, with a focus on new client acquisition.
  • Apply MEDDPICC and value-based selling to qualify opportunities, uncover pain points, and align solutions to business value.
  • Run discovery to understand the needs of infrastructure operators (electricity T&D, railway, pipelines) and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, balancing growth with customer satisfaction.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, market activity, and competitor positioning.
  • Report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance with rigor.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success on implementation and adoption, and with Marketing on demand generation.
  • Travel to represent the company at conferences and on-site meetings (50%+).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Comfort using CRM and demand-gen tooling to drive pipeline efficiency.
  • Sharp analytical thinking paired with a hands-on, solution-oriented mentality.
  • A self-starter who works independently and takes ownership without needing heavy oversight.
  • Experience with quarterly business rhythms (QBRs, OKRs).
