Enterprise Sales | Data, AI & Cloud Transformation
New Business
We're partnering with a fast-growing technology consulting and workforce transformation business looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive as part of a major investment into its commercial team. This is a genuine new-business role for someone who knows how to create enterprise pipeline, open new logos and sell complex solutions into senior stakeholders.
The business works with large organisations going through major Data, AI, Cloud and Software Engineering programmes. Their model offers an alternative to relying solely on traditional consulting or short-term resource: they build and deploy high-performing technical consultants into enterprise teams to help execute transformation, while enabling clients to develop sustainable internal capability over the longer term.
You'll be responsible for developing new enterprise relationships and building a strong pipeline of opportunities from the ground up. The conversations you'll be having sit across areas such as:
- Data and AI transformation
- Cloud and Software Engineering
- Digital and technology transformation
- Workforce and capability strategy
- Technology skills gaps
- Consulting and contractor dependency
- Building long-term internal technical capability

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll typically be selling into senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Data, Engineering and Transformation, alongside procurement and other business leaders depending on the opportunity.
This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature territory and a full pipeline. There will be support around you, including RevOps and technical solutions capability, but the expectation is that you're comfortable prospecting, creating demand and opening enterprise accounts yourself.
Once you've landed an initial engagement, there is significant opportunity to grow that client. The model is very much land and expand - prove value in one area and then build the relationship across teams, functions and larger transformation programmes.
Who we're looking for
We're particularly interested in people coming from:
- Technology Consulting
- Data & AI Consulting
- Enterprise SaaS
- Professional Services
- Digital Transformation
- Cloud Consulting
- Engineering Services
- Managed Services
- Enterprise Data, AI or Cloud technology

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You don't need to come from exactly the same type of business. The important thing is that you're a genuine enterprise hunter with evidence to back it up.
You'll ideally have:
- A strong track record of winning new enterprise clients
- Evidence of generating a significant proportion of your own pipeline
- Consistent quota attainment or over performance
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions
- Exposure to six or seven-figure enterprise deals
- Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Confidence selling into C-suite and senior technology leaders
- A structured approach to qualification and progressing opportunities
- Clear examples of personally originating and closing new business
The distinction between managing revenue and creating revenue is important.
If you've managed a large book of enterprise accounts, we'll want to understand how much of that business you personally originated, how you created the opportunities and what your involvement was from first conversation through to signature.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
