Enterprise Account Executive - OT Security

Scout Global are partnering with an innovative cyber security vendor addressing some of the most pressing security challenges facing industrial organisations today. With growing demand across critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation and other OT-heavy sectors, the business is expanding its European go-to-market team.
This is a pure new business role for a sales professional who understands Operational Technology (OT) environments and knows how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

What You'll Be Doing
- Driving new logo acquisition across enterprise and critical infrastructure accounts.
- Developing and executing a territory strategy to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
- Building relationships with CISOs, security leaders, OT leaders, plant managers and executive stakeholders.
- Managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
- Working closely with technical teams, channel partners and alliances.
- Consistently exceeding revenue targets through strategic account development and proactive hunting activity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise cyber security sales.
- Strong hunter mentality with success winning new customers.
- Experience selling into OT, industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA or industrial networking environments.
- History of exceeding quota in a new business-focused role.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions.

You'll be a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch and understands the operational realities of industrial environments. You're comfortable engaging both executive buyers and technical stakeholders and have a genuine passion for helping organisations reduce cyber risk.
