About the Role
As an Account Executive reporting to our Head of Sales UK&I and Nordics, you will be tasked with landing & expanding our enterprise customer accounts within this region.
The role requires an appreciation of business process automation and techniques for business process monitoring and optimization. A technical background is not required but would be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation - Develop and execute personalized outbound strategies to target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across key verticals within the region.
- Account Sales – Convert pipe into ARR through the sale of Flowable software licence.
- Account Management - Build broad and deep strategic relationships within c-level for existing and new accounts. Upsell and cross-sell, aligning solutions to evolving business needs.

Qualifications
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to build a productive territory to help over-achieve revenue targets. We’re after a hungry, high-energy self-starter who relishes opening doors and creating opportunities from a standing start – drive, tenacity, and coachability count for more with us than years of tenure.
- In addition to well-developed negotiating and influencing capabilities, you’ll also bring:
- A track record of winning new business in software or technology sales – we will happily trade years of experience for genuine hunger, resilience, and a relentless outbound work ethic;
- An appreciation of BPM platforms and process management in general, of Digital Transformation programmes and how process optimization and automation can assist in delivering the required outcomes;
- A developing personal network across the enterprise market, ideally in the finance, retail, and customer service sectors – or the tenacity and prospecting energy to build one quickly;
- Previous experience with subscription-model software and Business Process Management software vendors would be a significant advantage.
