Enterprise Account Executive – AI-Native ERP

£90-135K Base. Double OTE + Equity + Comprehensive Benefits

US Company. New London Office. Hybrid.

I'm working with a high-growth AI company reinventing the ERP market and looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Exec to join the team.

THE COMPANY

This is an AI-native ERP platform built to replace the legacy finance systems that have dominated the market for decades.

  • Founded in 2024, the company has already raised $100M+ and is backed by founders who previously built a business to $100M+ in revenue.
  • The product is already being used by businesses ranging from $5M-revenue companies through to NYSE-listed organisations, and has processed more than $100B in journal entries using AI.
  • In simple terms: they're trying to rebuild ERP for the AI era.

THE ROLE

This is an early Enterprise AE hire, working closely with the founders and helping build the enterprise sales motion. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Generating your own pipeline through outbound activity
  • Running discovery with senior stakeholders
  • Managing complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales processes
  • Running product demonstrations
  • Selling to CFOs, finance leaders and other senior decision-makers
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering and Solutions teams
  • Negotiating and closing $100K+ ACV enterprise deals
  • Helping shape the ICP, messaging and enterprise sales process

This is not an inbound-heavy account management role. They're looking for a genuine hunter who can create opportunities rather than wait for them.

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

The sweet spot is someone with:

  • 7–12 years' experience selling enterprise software, ideally with a track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals.
  • Particularly relevant backgrounds include:
    • ERP / accounting software
    • NetSuite, Workday, Sage or similar
    • Complex B2B SaaS
    • Selling into CFO / Finance personas
    • Multi-stakeholder enterprise technology sales

You need to be comfortable selling a complex technical product to senior buyers and owning the entire sales process. Most importantly, they're looking for someone with a builder mentality — someone who has generated their own pipeline and can operate without the support infrastructure of a huge enterprise sales organisation.

WHY JOIN?

  • £225-300K OTE
  • Uncapped commission
  • Significant equity
  • Join as one of the first 10 sales hires
  • Work directly with the founders
  • Huge opportunity for progression and impact
  • New Office in London opening soon. Remote start available.

This is an opportunity to join early enough to genuinely shape the company, rather than joining once the sales playbook has already been written.

If you're a proven Enterprise AE / ERP seller / complex SaaS seller and the idea of selling a genuinely AI-native product into a massive market appeals to you, I'd be very interested in speaking.
