Enterprise Account Executive, SaaS, New Business – London
We've been retained by a leading mid-market private equity firm in the US to help build out the new business sales team of one of its standout portfolio companies based in London.
Off the back of a run of acquisitions, now fully integrated, the business has an offering that's genuinely best-in-class for its market - the groundwork is done, the solution is proven – we now need the team who will hit the market and turn that opportunity into new revenue.
This is a well-established and successful SaaS firm, however with growth moving fast, there's real appetite for new people to help shape how the business wins new logos, not just execute what's already there.
We're after a true new business closer - someone who chases outcomes, who wins on value rather than price, and who brings real discipline to how they forecast and run a pipeline.
Becoming part of the team involves:
- Joining a high-energy new business team and playing your part in delivering a revenue line that supports ambitious growth
- Win high-value new logo business across large enterprise accounts – with goal of $850-1m pa - this is a hunting role, not an account management one
- Becoming the trusted voice your prospects turn to during the sales process
- Mapping the real decision-making structure inside each target account - who holds influence, what drives them, and how to win their backing
- Running complex, multi-stakeholder new business sales cycles from first conversation through to close
- Breaking multi-stage sales processes into clear milestones, so progress is always visible and momentum never stalls
- Building a commercial case that speaks directly to ROI, so decision-makers see the value long before contract stage
- Establishing relationships with prospect's – understand their real challenges, and shape a solution that genuinely fits their goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
