Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Environment

  • High-performance culture, think professional athletics: rigorous preparation, high expectations, and teammates who raise the bar
  • Transparent, low-ego, direct access to leadership, fast feedback loops
  • Building stage, you're defining what winning looks like, not inheriting a warm book

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in enterprise SaaS with consistent overachievement (President's Club, self-generated pipeline, complex multi-stakeholder cycles)
  • Hunter mentality, you've built a pipeline at a scale-up, not just harvested inbound at an established player
  • Methodology fluent: MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent
  • Consulting-grade communication, credible at C-suite, sharp on paper, strong in a room
  • Fluent English + French; comfortable in front of global stakeholders
  • AI-native working style, you use it, you don't just talk about it

Why Join?

Most enterprise AE roles give you a territory to manage. This one gives you one to build. The platform stands out for four capabilities: a network model that traces supply chains from origin to shelf and a customer base that's growing quickly. The timing is right: unicorn status, real revenue traction, and a commercial culture that celebrates the hunters who show up and perform.
