The Team

You will join the With Intelligence commercial team, focused on generating new business opportunities across the alternative asset management sector. The team works collaboratively across sales, marketing, and product to identify high-value prospects, understand market needs, and connect clients with relevant data, insight, and workflow solutions. We value curiosity, accountability, resilience, and a proactive approach to improving how we engage the market.

The Impact

As an Enterprise Account Executive – SDR, you will play a key role in building pipeline and supporting revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. You will research target accounts, initiate outreach, conduct discovery conversations, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel. Your work will directly support client acquisition, market expansion, and the wider commercial success of the With Intelligence business.

What’s In It For You

This is an opportunity to build your sales career in a specialist, high-growth market, working with clients and prospects across alternative asset management. You will gain exposure to complex financial markets, develop consultative sales skills, and collaborate with experienced commercial colleagues who can support your continued development. You will also be encouraged to bring new ideas, improve outreach effectiveness, and contribute to team initiatives that enhance how we identify and convert opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across the alternative asset management sector, using market insight, prospect data, and account intelligence to prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists that support new business generation and align with the team’s broader growth objectives.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, tailoring messaging to the needs of each account.
  • Qualify leads by conducting discovery conversations to understand their business requirements, budget, and decision-making processes.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects by providing relevant information, managing follow-up activity, and helping move qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities, sharing clear context, prospect needs, and next-step recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activity, and provide regular updates on pipeline progress, while managing priorities effectively to meet agreed deadlines and targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and With Intelligence offerings, using this knowledge to improve prospect conversations and identify new opportunities for innovation.
  • All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have experience in sales development or lead generation, particularly in the alternative asset management or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and use data to support prioritization.
  • Ability to conduct effective discovery conversations, interpret prospect needs, and communicate relevant information clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Able to remain positive and focused when facing challenges, setbacks, or changing priorities.
  • We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
