Location
We're fully remote and typically welcome candidates from anywhere. However, for this specific position, we are ideally looking for candidates located in the UK due to a book of business of customers being located mainly throughout Europe.
The Team
Our team is ~80 people building something developers actually want to use. We recently raised a $60M Series C led by Scale Ventures (alongside Sequoia and IVP). We're focused on making engineering teams more effective. You can read more about our latest funding round here.
Job Summary
Are you a high performing and competitive sales professional with a passion for enterprise technology solutions? We're seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, engineering, and executives, to understand complex customer needs and showcase the value of Cortex.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition within the enterprise market.
- Identify and qualify enterprise leads, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand customer challenges, goals, and pain points, proposing tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to support the sales process and ensure customer success.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales, with a strong track record of selling to developers—ideally in the developer tools or SaaS space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, intricate buying processes, and stakeholder management
- A proven track record of high performance, self-motivation, and a desire to continually push boundaries
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience and success selling into the financial sector is a plus

Compensation
- On Target Earnings: ÂŁ240,000
- Competitive Equity Package *Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.
