ABOUT THE COMPANY:
The company is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labor.
As enterprise AI moves from experimentation into production, the harder challenge is increasingly how AI work actually runs inside organisations, alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints.
The company helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers can interpret inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across multiple systems, apply business rules, request approvals when required, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.
The technology is designed for legacy-heavy environments where critical work spans SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, policy systems, loan systems, claims platforms, payment infrastructure, and bespoke internal software.
The company focuses on processes that are too complex, regulated, and system-dependent for simple automation, but too costly and slow to remain predominantly manual.
The platform provides the execution layer enterprises need to design, deploy, govern, and continuously improve AI-driven work in production.
The company already has customers running the product in production and has experienced strong market demand. Following an initial period of founder-led growth, it is now building its commercial organisation to establish a repeatable enterprise go-to-market engine.
THE ROLE:
The company is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own full-cycle enterprise sales.
This is an early commercial hire, meaning the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how the company sells rather than inherit a fully established playbook.
The role is suited to an experienced enterprise seller who wants to run their territory as a business: generating pipeline, building executive relationships, diagnosing complex operational problems, creating urgency, and leading senior stakeholders through high-value enterprise decisions.
The challenge goes beyond selling software. The Account Executive will help regulated enterprises understand why AI labor requires a new execution layer, why traditional automation approaches may not be sufficient, and how the platform can move AI from experimentation into production across real operational processes.
The successful candidate will engage senior leaders across operations, technology, transformation, AI, and business ownership, while working closely with founders, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, Product, and Delivery.
Their work will directly influence the company's qualification model, account strategy, executive narrative, commercial process, and enterprise sales playbook.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL DO:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account strategy and pipeline generation through discovery, evaluation, commercial negotiation, procurement, security, and close.
- Generate and shape pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, executive relationships, SDR support, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and founder networks.
- Build relationships with senior buyers including COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Heads of Transformation, AI Operations leaders, Customer Operations leaders, and business unit executives.
- Lead consultative discovery across complex organisations to understand operational pain, workflow complexity, legacy system dependencies, compliance requirements, business impact, and decision dynamics.
- Identify where the platform can create meaningful value across document-heavy workflows, regulated processes, customer operations, back-office execution, approvals, evidence gathering, and legacy-system orchestration.
- Develop and communicate a clear point of view on AI labor in regulated enterprises, distinguishing practical production use cases from hype and addressing the governance required for enterprise deployment.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, tailored presentations, business cases, ROI narratives, and executive-ready proposals that connect the platform to measurable operational outcomes.
- Partner closely with Delivery and Product to define credible paths from an initial use case through production deployment and broader enterprise expansion.
- Navigate complex buying committees involving business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, procurement, security, and legal stakeholders.
- Build mutual action plans that create clarity for both buyers and internal teams and turn complex enterprise evaluations into structured commercial processes.
- Develop account strategies for priority verticals, particularly financial services and other regulated enterprise segments.
- Bring market and customer insight back to Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and senior leadership to improve the product roadmap, messaging, packaging, and sales motion.
- Help define the enterprise sales playbook, including qualification, discovery, proof of value, stakeholder mapping, objection handling, pricing, procurement strategy, and expansion.
- Act as a product evangelist and trusted advisor, helping customers understand how AI workers can safely and reliably execute real enterprise work.
WHAT THE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
- 1–3 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with ownership of complex end-to-end sales cycles.
- Demonstrated experience selling 50K+ ACV deals into large or regulated organisations.
- A track record of building relationships with C-suite and senior executives through consultative, value-based selling.
- Experience selling complex products where the buying process involves multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, procurement, and security.
- Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to qualify opportunities, create urgency, build consensus, manage risk, and progress enterprise deals without relying on a rigid playbook.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment, with the autonomy and initiative to test approaches before processes are fully defined.
- Ability to sell both vision and detail: communicating the strategic opportunity around AI labor while also understanding workflows, systems, implementation, governance, and operational impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI, automation, data, workflow, or infrastructure markets. Experience selling AI products is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling into financial services, fintech, insurance, lending, payments, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
- Sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs, Product leaders, AI leaders, and enterprise architects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to be concise, credible, specific, and commercially sharp.
- Strong demo and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor conversations to the buyer, use case, industry, and maturity of the account.
- Interest in using AI throughout the sales process, including account research, signal monitoring, outreach, call preparation, follow-up, and deal strategy.
- Resilience, ambition, and high standards, with a desire to build a world-class enterprise sales motion and be measured by the quality and scale of the business created.
