The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Segment, the mission of the Enterprise Account Executive – UK is to launch and drive Whoz's long-term revenue growth and market presence in the United Kingdom.
This leader will serve as our first commercial "on the ground" in the UK, responsible for seeding our footprint, executing territory mapping, and leading complex sales cycles for enterprise clients in the UK market. This role focuses specifically on target accounts within our Enterprise segment (1,000 to 10,000 employees), with a primary sweet spot in large IT Services firms and skill-oriented Professional Services organizations.

Priorities & Responsibilities
- Territory & Target Account Planning: Map out the UK territory, execute deep account intelligence, build strategic account plans, and construct clear "reasons to change" tailored to target enterprise prospects (1,000 to 10,000 employees).
- Drive large and complex strategic deals: Proactively seed, build, and manage pipeline, steering end-to-end deal strategy, developing innovative commercial structures, and leading complex sales cycles for high-stake deals.
- Multi-Threaded Engagement & PoV Execution: Engage decision-makers across multiple organizational layers (C-Level, Delivery, Operations, Resource Management) and execute structured Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives to demonstrate ROI and secure internal consensus.
- Champion all collaborative GTM activities: Lead field execution including account planning, strategic pursuits, and deal shaping, ensuring alignment with presales, marketing, and leadership goals.
- Serve as the field voice: Act as an entrepreneurial self-starter and catalyst to establish our UK presence and continuously enhance outcomes for our strategic customers.
- Represent Whoz: Act as a sponsor, strategist, and negotiator in senior customer engagements across the UK region.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consultative direct sales experience in SaaS/Enterprise Software, with progressive client-facing responsibilities handling complex sales cycles.
- Proven track record of territory mapping, account planning, multi-level stakeholder engagement, and driving value-driven enterprise deals.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated builder mindset with the capability to initiate and seed business in a new geographic territory.
- Experience in incorporating AI into resource management, talent deployment, or learning and development processes is an advantage.
- Ability to interface and negotiate with senior client executives.
- A team player with unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- A continuous improvement and growth mindset.
