We are a market leader in the water solution industry. We detect and stop leaks at the source using AI by providing a simple, innovative cloud-based solution for commercial buildings and construction sites.
Our product alerts when water is leaking and automatically shuts it off. So by having an intelligent real-time monitoring system we enable our customers to identify and stop leaks and waste resulting in the reduction of water consumption and preventing damage.
Companies today are under increasing pressure to optimize their resources, publicly traded companies must provide quarterly energy reports and meet strict efficiency targets making solutions like ours more essential than ever. And at the same time, rising insurance costs and tightening regulations are driving the adoption of advanced water management systems like ours.

PROFILE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven Account Executive with a proven track record in SaaS and technology sales within the real estate sector. You bring a combination of professional energy, strategic focus, and disciplined execution to every stage of the sales cycle. With a high level of initiative and ownership, you excel at prospecting, building relationships at the executive level, and managing a structured, high-quality pipeline. You are methodical, metrics-oriented, and apply the systematic sales methodology to drive consistency, accuracy, and performance. NEEDED ATTRIBUTES
- Aggressively prospect and generate new pipeline, identifying and engaging high-value leads within the real estate industry.
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact through closing, with a strong focus on net new business generation.
- Apply the systematic sales methodology (i.e. MEDDIC) rigorously to qualify opportunities, manage complex deals, and maximize win rates.
- Build and nurture deep relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels.
- Maintain strict discipline in pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and proactive forecasting to ensure predictable revenue performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize conversion rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of successful SaaS/technology sales experience, with a strong focus on the real estate industry.
- Experience closing enterprise deals of 250k (100k+) and above.
- Experience with multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement tools.
- Strong proficiency in working according to a defined sales methodology (i.e. SPICED) with experience implementing it across a sales organization.
- Demonstrated excellence in high-activity prospecting, pipeline creation, and relationship management.
- Highly methodical and disciplined approach to managing a dynamic sales process and maintaining forecasting accuracy.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement tools.
- ADVANTAGE: Experience selling SaaS solutions into Real Estate or Construction with an understanding of customer pain points and industry trends.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- TEAM PLAYER! Collaborate closely with the Head Of Sales to develop and expand WINT’s market presence, driving aggressive sales growth and strategic initiatives.
- Prior experience in a scaling startup with the ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with an international team is a plus.
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex SaaS products and communicate their value simply and effectively.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to thrive in a data-driven, high-accountability environment with a focus on metrics and forecasting accuracy.
