Enterprise Account Executive - UK Public Sector, Police & Housing
Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics is on the lookout for a proactive, collaborative seller that can help us lead and own the strategy for selling Experience Management (XM) SaaS into the UK Police and Housing Associations. We’ve seen great success in the UK Public Sector and are continuing to build out our presence in the vertical. We’re looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual who would value transforming how the Policing and Housing sectors approach modern technology. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can create demand, is an enterprise thinker and who can help rewrite the playbook for how we go to market in this vertical. We’re helping the world’s leading companies improve experiences. Our solutions allow our clients to have a 360° view of the entire experience enabling them to uncover what matters most to clients and employees with the ability to take action in real time.
How You’ll Find Success
- Relationship Building: Master stakeholder mapping to cultivate relationships with multiple contacts within an account, ensuring lasting partnerships.
- Negotiation Skills: Navigate negotiations with professionalism, understanding the art of give-and-take.
- Multi-Selling Approach: Drive engagement with various business stakeholders in parallel to create multifaceted selling opportunities.
- Empathetic Competitiveness: While being competitive, possess the ability to empathise and understand others’ perspectives.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Take initiative to grasp the expected outcomes and context, working independently to drive results.

Things You’ll Do
- Focus on acquiring new business and sell the Qualtrics Platform to key accounts.
- Develop comprehensive account plans, from power maps to demand generation and closing strategies.
- Manage relationships between Qualtrics and senior executives of both client and prospect companies.
- Lead commercial negotiations for multi-year enterprise agreements, skillfully navigating the procurement, legal, and security landscapes typical of the industry.
- Build compelling business cases that demonstrate clear ROI and value for clients.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics’ solution offerings.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS or software sales experience, including managing complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large enterprise accounts.
- Significant experience selling to the UK Public Sector with a focus on Police and/or Housing Associations. Selling to Local Government would also be relevant.
- Proven experience conducting business and building relationships within the Public Sector, acting as the first local point of contact.
- Strong knowledge of Public Sector contracting processes, including RFPs, frameworks, partnerships and compliance with security and procurement standards.
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience closing 6 figure deals.
- Fluency in English.
- Deep familiarity of sales methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) and Salesforce hygiene.
- A drive to make a difference and you love the pressure and speed in sales.
- Passionate about educating potential clients on solutions relevant to their situation.
- Agility to adapt, pivot and change your approach based on the needs of the business.
- Partnering well with internal teams and bringing together internal resources that enable successful closure of deals.
