About the job
As an Enterprise Account Executive in London you’ll help accelerate growth across the UK’s leading banks, insurance companies, and fintech businesses.
You’ll work as part of an immediate close-knit team of five, while collaborating with a broader UK and global sales organisation that includes Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.
You’ll manage a balanced portfolio of approximately 10 existing customers to renew and expand, alongside around 90 prospective accounts.
Financial services is a key strategic priority for Contentsquare. It’s the newest but fastest growing vertical. In this role, you’ll help some of the UK’s most influential financial institutions make better digital decisions through Contentsquare’s experience intelligence platform and ecosystem of technology partnerships, including Microsoft and Snowflake.

What you’ll do
- Manage the full sales cycle for Contentsquare’s experience intelligence platform across UK financial services accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic enterprise account plans to drive new business, account expansion, and retention.
- Prospect into and build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across Product, Marketing, Design and Data teams.
- Own renewal activity in close partnership with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring customers continue to realise value from Contentsquare.
- Establish and navigate senior-level relationships, from initial engagement through to executive sponsorship.
- Articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology and connect it to customers’ digital transformation priorities.
- Leverage Contentsquare’s broader sales ecosystem and technology partnerships to create compelling customer solutions.
- Represent Contentsquare as a trusted strategic partner to leading UK financial services organisations.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, including new business and account expansion.
- Experience selling into financial services is a plus, but not required.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- The ability to articulate the business value of complex technology and link it to measurable customer outcomes.
- The ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
- Experience with a recognised sales methodology such as MEDDICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Motivation to work in a hybrid environment, spending three days per week in our London office.
