Job Opportunity: Enterprise Account Executive
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in United Kingdom.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven environment and play a key role in expanding enterprise revenue across the region. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from building a strong pipeline to closing strategic accounts and exceeding revenue targets. The role focuses on engaging large organizations and partnering with senior executives to understand complex business needs. You’ll operate with significant autonomy while collaborating closely with internal teams to influence product direction and customer outcomes. Success requires a consultative approach, commercial drive, and the ability to navigate sophisticated enterprise buying processes. You’ll be part of an international team that values ownership, speed, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Drive new business acquisition and consistently exceed revenue targets and sales quotas.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to generate partnerships, pipeline, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and continuously qualify a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects across your assigned market.
- Develop deep expertise in the region, including its market dynamics, customer needs, and business complexities.
- Engage with senior executives and key decision-makers to uncover challenges, provide strategic guidance, and accelerate the buying process.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise customers and serve as a consultative partner throughout the sales cycle.
- Bring customer insights back to internal teams and identify opportunities to improve the product and overall customer experience.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, moving quickly, solving problems independently, and consistently looking for ways to improve results.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales or consulting role, including at least 2 years closing new business.
- Proven ability to sell into enterprise organizations, ideally targeting companies with 1,000+ full-time employees.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong awareness of customer sentiment and the confidence to address concerns constructively.
- Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the initiative to turn ideas into action and take ownership of outcomes.
- Resourceful and resilient, able to find practical solutions and make progress despite obstacles.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Open to feedback, continuously looking for ways to improve, and comfortable asking for support when needed.
- Experience in security and compliance is not required; strong enterprise sales capability and a proven record of success are the primary priorities.

- EMEA On-Target Earnings (OTE): €232,050–€273,000, subject to leveling, experience, and other compensation considerations.
