Job title: Enterprise Account Executive - FinTech
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary guide: £100,000-£120,000 base x2 OTE + Benefits

They are currently looking for a highly strategic Enterprise AE to help further strengthen the team, due to an increase in inbound leads/business. The role is well supported with a team of SDRs. They're looking for a true hunter who thrives in a greenfield territory, is comfortable with complex, multi-threaded deals, and has experience selling to technical buyers.
Ideal experience you will have:
- 5+ years experience selling ERP, accounting software, or complex technical products (e.g., Workday, Sage, NetSuite, or multi-stakeholder SaaS)
- A proven track record in achieving and hitting $1m+ quotas
- Start-up/Scale-up experience. You excel in environments where processes aren't fully mapped out yet. You are self-directed and highly autonomous.
- Leverage a defined sales methodology like MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology
- Strong presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organization
- Strong analytical background who is driven by business/customer outcomes with a growth mindset
- Ability to adapt and plan on the fly and deliver on both the customer and organizational needs
- Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated focus on execution towards desired outcomes with a track record of success under pressure
