Enterprise Account Growth Manager

Location: London

The Role

The Enterprise Account Growth Manager is responsible for driving transactional and run-rate revenue growth within a portfolio of large enterprise accounts. Acting as an extension of the Account Executive (AE), the role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing smaller revenue opportunities that accelerate account penetration and maximise customer value. The primary objective is to enable Enterprise Account Executives to concentrate on strategic, transformational and high-value opportunities while ensuring recurring and transactional sales motions are proactively managed and converted into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver annual transactional and run-rate revenue targets across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close smaller revenue opportunities that fall outside the AE’s primary strategic focus.
  • Drive renewals, seat expansions, workload adoption, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Prospect within assigned accounts to uncover departmental, project-based and tactical buying opportunities.
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders, procurement teams, IT decision-makers and operational leaders.
  • Act as a trusted commercial point of contact for transactional customer requirements.
  • Work as an integrated member of the extended account team and align all activity with the AE account strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Required Experience

  • 3-7+ years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Experience prospecting and generating opportunities within existing customers.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting and uncovering growth opportunities within large enterprise customers. They act as a force multiplier for the Account Executive, ensuring no revenue opportunity goes untouched while allowing the AE to focus on strategic business growth and executive-level engagement.
