Enterprise Account Manager - Construction, Utilities, SaaS
We are working exclusively with a high-growth SaaS business transforming the construction and built environment sector through innovative technology, with current ARR of £80m and a clear pathway to £200m+.
Our client is a market-leading software provider delivering cutting-edge solutions to some of the UK’s largest enterprise organisations, including Tier 1 contractors such as Balfour Beatty, Kier and Amey, as well as leading water and energy companies including Severn Trent and SSE.
Backed by more than £100m in funding and having doubled in size over the past two years, the business is continuing to scale rapidly, with significant investment being made across its technology, people and commercial teams.
As part of this continued growth, they are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of 4–5 major enterprise customers.
This is a strategic, revenue-focused role where you will be responsible for building strong senior-level relationships, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, opening up new business lines and driving cross-sell opportunities across different areas of each organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
