  • Own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, building trusted relationships with champions, key decision makers, and executive stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and Leadership.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans by developing a deep understanding of your customers' business, identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating risks, and maximising long-term customer value.
  • Identify growth opportunities across business units, geographies, and product lines to expand your portfolio through new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Drive adoption across Perk's Travel and Spend platform by identifying underutilised features, expanding use cases, and partnering with customers on change management initiatives.

  • Identify common challenges within each account, develop timely solutions, and implement long-term strategies that improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Be Perk's biggest advocate within your customers and your customers' biggest advocate within Perk by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to resolve issues, influence product improvements, and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Effectively prioritise your time and resources to maximise impact across your portfolio and key business initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience managing a portfolio of Tier 1 customers in a SaaS, travel-tech, fintech, or spend management environment. Experience working with finance, procurement, travel, or expense management ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and executive leadership within large enterprise organisations.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise organisations with multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and executive decision-makers.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Strong financial, commercial, and analytical acumen, with the ability to discuss T&E policy, spend controls, ROI, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency with finance leaders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer value.
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

On top of that, you will only be the right candidate if you are:

  • Empathetic: someone who can identify with the customer and genuinely wants to support them using an optimal problem-solving methodology.
  • Honest, open and trustworthy: your peers and managers can trust you. You are a team player, don’t play political games, and care more about the team’s success than about your own career gains.
  • Focused and determined: You don’t let yourself be distracted. You can focus on accomplishing big wins and never get lost in less important ideas that are floating around.
  • Growth Mindset: You seek feedback early and often and are open to both give and take constructive and direct criticism.
  • Experience using inside sales tools like Salesforce, Google Tools, Zendesk, Looker.
