Enterprise Account Manager
Locations: London, Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid) 2 days a week onsite.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 in Scotland and £80,000 - £100,000 in London area + Market-Leading Commission
We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager with strong Insurance sector experience to join a growing technology business supporting leading organisations across Financial Services.
About the Role
This is a strategic account growth role, focused on developing existing client relationships, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities and increasing recurring revenue across a portfolio of approximately 20 enterprise customers.
This is not a new business sales role. You'll inherit established accounts and be responsible for growing wallet share, uncovering new opportunities and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise Financial Services and Insurance customers.
- Drive ARR growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Own customer renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Build relationships across Operations, Finance, Risk, Technology and Procurement functions.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives.
- Identify new use cases, business units and opportunities for expansion.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with Product, Delivery and Support teams to ensure customer success.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Client Management or commercially focused Customer Success roles.
- Strong Insurance market experience, ideally within General Insurance, Lloyd's, London Market, MGA or Broking environments.
- Proven success managing enterprise customer relationships and delivering revenue growth.
- Experience owning renewals, upsell, cross-sell and account expansion targets.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers across complex organisations.
