Enterprise Account Manager

Salary: c£75k + Double OTE
Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time

Reed is delighted to be partnering with a leading provider of cybersecurity and networking solutions in the search for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a growing organisation and play a key role in developing new business opportunities across enterprise-level accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding the organisation's presence within targeted enterprise sectors. This role would suit an ambitious and results-oriented individual who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term customers.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting through to account development and upselling.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop new logo opportunities across key enterprise verticals.
  • Build strategic relationships with vendor partners to identify and develop whitespace opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, including new business acquisition and account growth.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, or related technology solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience selling solutions in partnership with leading cybersecurity, networking, and cloud vendors would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including technical specialists and C-suite executives.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with excellent commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and closing complex deals.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK, with occasional international travel as required.
