Role: Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our key clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to enterprise customers, driving long-term value, retention, and expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of our AI-powered skin analysis solutions while identifying opportunities for upsell and strategic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success, retention, and revenue growth
  • Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Haut.AI solutions with clients’ business objectives and KPIs
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell, to grow account value
  • Monitor customer health, engagement, and performance metrics, and take action to mitigate risks
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development
  • Drive regular business reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins with clients

What will help you thrive in this role

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management in a tech company is a must
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in renewals, upselling, and contract negotiations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with eCommerce or digital platforms is a plus
  • Impeccable English; additional languages are an advantage
