Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for onboarding, supporting, and developing Sprift's Enterprise customers following a completed sale, ensuring high levels of customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Working closely with the Head of Strategic Accounts, the role provides proactive account management, training, and ongoing support to maximize customer success and identify opportunities for account growth.
The Enterprise Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a strategic partner and primary point of contact. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting Sprift’s property data solutions, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring ongoing adoption and satisfaction. The role involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leading renewal processes, and collaborating with sales operations, marketing, product, and support teams to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and implementation of all new Enterprise customers.
- Create customer accounts, office structures, user logins, and permissions.
- Deliver virtual and face-to-face onboarding and training sessions across the UK.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Enterprise customers following contract completion.
- Conduct regular account reviews to drive customer success, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and deliver upsell opportunities, including mailing credits and additional products.
- Support annual renewal discussions and account growth alongside the Head of Strategic Accounts.
- Work alongside the Head of Strategic accounts to rollout new Sprift products and features across Enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise organizations.

Key Experience
- Strong Account Management skills, with experience managing enterprise or key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and target new enterprise prospects.
- Solid Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and working with CRM tools.
- Proven experience in consultative selling, solution-based conversations, and negotiating contracts or renewals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting to demonstrate value and inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Background in property, SaaS, data platforms, or technology solutions is advantageous.
