🚀 Enterprise Account Manager | Sales Enablement | £150k OTE
Our client is an established international B2B SaaS company helping enterprise organisations improve commercial performance through an innovative Sales Enablement platform.
With a strong enterprise customer base, an established EMEA presence and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to manage and expand strategic accounts while developing your career within Enterprise Sales. 💡
🔥 The Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 25–30 enterprise customers across EMEA, representing £2.5M–£3.5M in existing contract value.
You'll combine strategic account management and renewals with a strong focus on expansion, working with major international organisations across industries including manufacturing, pharma, life sciences and CPG.
This isn't a traditional farming role. You'll be expected to proactively identify white-space opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers and close complex expansion deals.
💼 What will you be doing?
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 25–30 enterprise accounts across EMEA.
- Own an existing book of business worth £2.5M–£3.5M.
- Deliver £500K in additional ARR through upsell and cross-sell.
- Achieve renewal targets of approximately 90–95%.
- Independently generate pipeline and identify expansion opportunities.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying committees and engage C-level stakeholders.
- Lead strategic account planning, commercial negotiations and renewals.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Presales, Marketing and Product.
- Travel across EMEA for regular customer meetings.

🎯 Must-Haves
- Approximately 4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or software sales.
- At least 3 years of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience closing larger deals, ideally around six-figure contract values.
- Strong ability to independently generate pipeline and identify commercial opportunities.
- Consultative selling skills with a structured approach to account planning and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings.

- Enterprise Account Management experience or a background combining new business and existing-account sales.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, pharma, life sciences, chemicals or other traditional industries.
- Experience engaging Sales, Marketing or Enablement decision-makers.
- Experience managing accounts with 6,000+ employees.
- Background in a scaling SaaS organisation operating in a competitive market.
