Amazon Web Services is seeking an Account Executive to partner with some of the most innovative Fintech customers in the world. In this role, you will drive digital transformation and business outcomes for customers who are reshaping how the world experiences financial services.

You will work at the intersection of transformational cloud technology and financial innovation, managing complex programs of transformation that deliver measurable impact. This position offers the opportunity to influence executive decision-making, orchestrate resources across organizations, and shape go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer success. Your ability to navigate sophisticated sales cycles and translate business challenges into technology solutions will be critical to driving growth in this fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share within assigned Fintech customer accounts through strategic relationship building and solution selling
  • Lead complex transformation programs by influencing C-level executives and key stakeholders to accelerate cloud adoption and achieve customer business outcomes
  • Orchestrate and manage resources across internal teams, partners, and customer organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions that address customer challenges
  • Develop and execute account strategies that maintain a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with partner ecosystems to extend reach, co-develop solutions, and drive customer adoption across the AWS portfolio

A day in the life

On a typical day you will be expected to engage Fintech leaders on their strategic priorities and digital transformation initiatives. You spend time coordinating with partners to align on joint customer opportunities and solution approaches. Throughout the day, you advance multiple deals in your pipeline, from discovery conversations to proposal reviews. You collaborate with AWS specialists and architects to design solutions that address complex customer requirements, while continuously identifying new opportunities to expand relationships within your accounts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
  • Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
