Enterprise Account Manager
Our client, a growth-stage SaaS security and IT management platform, is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with its larger, enterprise-tier customers. The platform helps Managed Service Providers (MSPs) manage and secure Microsoft 365 environments across dozens or hundreds of their own end-customer tenants — a genuinely specialist, consolidation-focused proposition in a crowded IT security market. This role is about deepening and expanding relationships with the accounts that matter most.

What You'll Own
- Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise-tier MSP customer accounts
- Driving expansion and renewal within existing accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen usage and value
- Acting as a trusted, ongoing point of contact for key accounts navigating multi-tenant Microsoft 365 security and management
- Partnering with customer success, product, and support teams to ensure enterprise accounts are well-served
- Representing the voice of enterprise customers back into the business

What We're Looking For
- Experience in enterprise account management within B2B SaaS, ideally in IT security, IT management, or MSP-focused software
- A track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts, not just closing new logos
- Comfort working with a technical, MSP-channel customer base
- Strong relationship management and renewal/expansion sales skills
- Genuine interest in the MSP and IT security space
Location: Hybrid role in SW London
Salary range: 60k-80k base + 40k comms + share options
