Enterprise Account Manager

Location: Hybrid London
Travel: Occasional Travel

What you'll be doing

  • Develop strategic partnerships across a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, growth, and long-term value.
  • Deliver account plans that identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, exceeding ambitious revenue growth objectives.
  • Build executive-level relationships, leading commercial negotiations, renewals, and strategic business reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen customer engagement.

What you'll bring

  • Proven success managing complex enterprise B2B accounts with a consistent track record of revenue growth.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and influencing commercial decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, account planning, and value-based selling skills.
  • Knowledge of commodities, financial information, market intelligence, or subscription-based solutions would be highly advantageous.
