Enterprise Account Manager – FinTech SaaS
Sector: Enterprise SaaS / FinTech
Location: London – Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
Salary: £80,000 basic + £130,000–£135,000 OTE
We're working with an established enterprise SaaS business to recruit an Account Manager who will take ownership of a small portfolio of strategic, enterprise customers across the financial services sector.
- You'll manage around 12 key enterprise accounts worth approximately £4m ARR, with a major focus on the banking sector. This isn't a high-volume account management role – you'll build deep relationships across complex organisations and be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities to grow revenue across your portfolio.

The role
- Own a portfolio of around 12 strategic enterprise accounts / £4m ARR
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build strategic account plans focused on long-term revenue growth
- Act as the primary commercial contact across your customers
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Delivery teams
- Meet customers face-to-face and travel where required
- Operate with significant autonomy and ownership of your portfolio
Package
- £80,000 basic salary
- £130,000–£135,000 OTE

Ideal profile
- Strong background in enterprise Account Management within B2B SaaS
- Experience managing a small portfolio of high-value strategic accounts
- Proven track record of generating revenue through upsell and cross-sell
- Experience with complex enterprise software – FinTech, financial software, Cyber, HealthTech, RegTech or similar would be particularly relevant
- Experience managing banks or major financial institutions would be a significant advantage
- Comfortable building relationships and presenting to C-suite stakeholders
