About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. About the Role

As our Account Management team grows, we are looking for a customer-oriented and result-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join us. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction as well as working to increase growth and margin within existing accounts.

In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of top accounts. You must possess a genuine hunger to navigate your accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment, be ready to roll-up your sleeves, and work hard.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, building trusted relationships with champions, key decision makers, and executive stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Travel, HR, IT, and Leadership.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans by developing a deep understanding of your customers' business, identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating risks, and maximising long-term customer value.
  • Identify growth opportunities across business units, geographies, and product lines to expand your portfolio through new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Drive adoption across Perk's Travel and Spend platform by identifying underutilised features, expanding use cases, and partnering with customers on change management initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), delivering reports and presentations that demonstrate business outcomes, product adoption, ROI, and future strategic opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • Be an expert across Perk's Travel and Spend platform to educate customers on new capabilities and consistently meet or exceed quarterly expansion targets.
  • Identify common challenges within each account, develop timely solutions, and implement long-term strategies that improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Be Perk's biggest advocate within your customers and your customers' biggest advocate within Perk by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to resolve issues, influence product improvements, and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Effectively prioritise your time and resources to maximise impact across your portfolio and key business initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience managing a portfolio of Tier 1 customers in a SaaS, travel-tech, fintech, or spend management environment. Experience working with finance, procurement, travel, or expense management ecosystems is a strong plus.

    • Honest, open, and trustworthy: your peers and managers can trust you. You are a team player, don’t play political games, and care more about the team’s success than about your own career gains.
    • Focused and determined: You don’t let yourself be distracted. You can focus on accomplishing big wins and never get lost in less important ideas that are floating around.
    • Growth Mindset: You seek feedback early and often and are open to both give and take constructive and direct criticism.
  • Experience using inside sales tools like Salesforce, Google Tools, Zendesk, Looker.

AI at Perk

AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
