Enterprise Account Manager - US Hours (2pm–10pm) | Cybersecurity SaaS

Up to £55,000 + Performance Bonus

We're currently working with a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS business that's looking to hire an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic US enterprise customers.

This is a post-sales role focused on driving customer growth through renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping customers maximise the value of the platform while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.

Ideal background:

  • Experience managing and growing enterprise customer accounts.
  • Previous experience within a SaaS or software business.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving renewals, upsells and cross-sells.
  • Experience within cybersecurity is advantageous but not essential.
  • Comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise organisations.
