Enterprise Account Manager – Construction & Utilities Sector - Remote Opportunity
Our client is a market-leading provider of advanced software solutions tailored to the construction and built environment sectors. They provide innovative software solutions that power some of the UK’s leading utility providers. They enable these organisations to better design, manage and optimise critical assets across energy, water and infrastructure networks, helping drive efficiency and long-term performance.
Following significant investment of over £100M and rapid expansion in recent years, the business continues to scale at pace. They are now looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of tier 1 contractor clients & enterprise-level utility customers. This is a strategic role focused on deepening customer relationships, driving account growth and unlocking further value through a consultative, solution-led approach.

This is a remote position, but will involve travel for client meetings a couple of days per week.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of enterprise utility & construction sector clients, engaging stakeholders at all levels (circa 4 accounts total)
- Understand client objectives and deliver value to drive retention and long-term success
- Identify and execute growth opportunities within utility companies through up-sell and cross-sell activities
- Lead account planning, strategic reviews, and renewal processes
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally and represent the business externally, while championing customer feedback internally

The Successful Candidate
- 3+ years experience managing enterprise or strategic level clients
- SaaS account management experience is essential
- Experience managing accounts across construction or the utilities sector is ideal, however other enterprise account management backgrounds will also be considered
- Based in England
Enterprise Account Manager Package
- Basic salary up to £100,000 (dependent on experience)
- OTE x2
