Job Description
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Agile delivery environments, including last 5 years as Agile Coach
- Proven experience coaching multiple Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership
- Practical experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies
- Demonstrable experience leading Agile transformation and organizational change initiatives
- Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-functional dependency management
- Proven track record of defining and improving Agile Metrics
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership & driving change
- Experience conducting Agile maturity assessments and implementing continuous improvement plans.
- Ability to identify organizational bottlenecks and coach teams towards self-organization, accountability, and high performance.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise technology environments with multiple delivery teams and stakeholders

Preferred Certifications
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC / ICP-ENT)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent Agile certification

Desirable Experience
- Experience within Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Network Engineering, or large-scale Technology Delivery organizations.
- Experience supporting portfolios with multiple squads, product teams, and distributed/offshore delivery teams.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, DevOps, and Agile reporting platforms.
