Job Description

Mandatory Experience

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Agile delivery environments, including last 5 years as Agile Coach
  • Proven experience coaching multiple Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership
  • Practical experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience leading Agile transformation and organizational change initiatives
  • Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-functional dependency management
  • Proven track record of defining and improving Agile Metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership & driving change
  • Experience conducting Agile maturity assessments and implementing continuous improvement plans.
  • Ability to identify organizational bottlenecks and coach teams towards self-organization, accountability, and high performance.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise technology environments with multiple delivery teams and stakeholders

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
  • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC / ICP-ENT)
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent Agile certification

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Network Engineering, or large-scale Technology Delivery organizations.
  • Experience supporting portfolios with multiple squads, product teams, and distributed/offshore delivery teams.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, DevOps, and Agile reporting platforms.
