Contract: 3 - 6 months, potential perm

The Opportunity

TechNET IT has partnered with a leading global technology consultancy to recruit experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineers / Enterprise AI Consultants to support an exciting programme of AI transformation across enterprise clients.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who combine business consulting, process improvement and hands-on AI delivery to help organisations identify, design and implement practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

We are not looking for traditional software engineers alone. We need commercially minded, client-facing professionals who can engage with senior stakeholders, understand complex business challenges and translate opportunities into working AI solutions.

You will operate across different client engagements, typically working in focused delivery phases, taking projects from initial discovery and business case development through to proof of concept, implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and develop compelling business cases for AI-driven transformation.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into clearly defined AI use cases, solutions and delivery roadmaps.
  • Design, prototype and deploy AI agents, copilots and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft and Google AI technologies.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) to demonstrate business value.
  • Work closely with technical teams, architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Assess feasibility, ROI, operational benefits and adoption considerations.
  • Support change management, user adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Establish reusable AI frameworks, implementation patterns and best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Makes Someone Successful?

We are particularly interested in professionals who can:

  • Think like a consultant: Challenge requirements, ask the right questions and identify the underlying business problem.
  • Operate like a Business Analyst: Understand processes, identify opportunities and structure clear requirements.
  • Deliver like an engineer: Rapidly develop prototypes and practical AI solutions.
  • Think commercially: Build business cases and demonstrate measurable value.
  • Own the outcome: Work autonomously, influence stakeholders and drive solutions through to adoption.

The ability to understand business processes, engage stakeholders and translate problems into valuable AI solutions is more important than deep technical specialisation alone.
