About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Wide AI Lead Product Owner to lead the evolution, adoption and governance of a strategic enterprise AI platform that is already live in production and positioned to scale across a large global organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a highly visible AI product that sits at the centre of the organisation's AI strategy. The platform enables users to access and deploy AI-powered agents that can perform tasks, support decision-making and drive productivity at scale.

As the Enterprise Wide AI Lead Product Owner, you will act as the CEO of the product. You will take end-to-end ownership, defining its vision, driving adoption, establishing governance and controls, and ensuring it delivers measurable value across the business. You will be expected to balance strategic leadership with deep technical understanding, influencing executive stakeholders while remaining close to product architecture, delivery and user experience.

This role requires a strong background in AI product management, enterprise-scale transformation and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define, own and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead the product throughout its full lifecycle, from strategy through to adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate current capabilities, identify new opportunities and drive future product evolution.
  • Develop a clear understanding of where AI can create value across different business functions and establish priorities accordingly.
  • Act as the ultimate product owner, accountable for outcomes, user adoption and business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
