🚀 Enterprise Applications Manager (EMEA) | Up to £95k + 8% Bonus | Hybrid – Cheltenham or London

A leading defence and advanced technology organisation is looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager to head up a newly formed Business Systems team across their EMEA operations. This is a genuinely rare opportunity to build something from the ground up — shaping the enterprise applications strategy for a complex, mission-led environment with real scope and influence.

You'll sit within the EMEA IT leadership team, at the intersection of technology and business strategy, with a remit spanning the full application lifecycle — from roadmap definition through to optimisation and retirement. Hybrid, based out of Cheltenham or London, with up to 25% travel across the region.

✨ Why this role stands out:

  1. Define and own the enterprise applications roadmap from day one, with genuine influence over long-term technology direction
  2. Lead and develop your own team of application specialists, backed by the structure of a global organisation
  3. High-visibility role within the EMEA IT leadership team, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
