Job Description
This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.

Joining us as an Enterprise Architect
You'll play a pivotal role in solving complex business, customer technology and data challenges, creating innovative digital enterprise solutions and shaping the future technology landscape across CityFibre. You’ll provide architecture expertise throughout the full design lifecycle, developing strategic roadmaps that align technology investments with business goals.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Define and maintain current and future state architectures, developing strategic roadmaps that support investment and project prioritisation decisions.
- Establish architecture principles, governance frameworks and data policies while leading architecture reviews and assurance activities across programmes and projects.
- Create and deliver enterprise architecture strategies that align business objectives with technology capabilities and future data requirements.
- Lead the design of innovative enterprise, OSS and BSS architectures, ensuring solutions are robust, cost-effective and aligned to business strategy.
- Support the early shaping of programmes and projects through impact analysis, estimation, business case input and solution design guidance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business and third-party suppliers to identify opportunities, improve processes and deliver architecturally viable solutions.

What you’ll bring to the role
You'll be an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in telecommunications, enterprise architecture and complex systems integration, capable of translating business challenges into innovative technology solutions.
You'll also have:
- Significant experience working within telecommunications environments, particularly across OSS/BSS platforms and complex system integration projects.
- Experience with service orchestration, AWS Cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks such as TM Forum, TOGAF, ITIL, BPMN and UML.
- Experience defining and communicating complex architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using structured architectural approaches.
- Hands-on experience with architecture modelling tools and cloud-based solutions, ideally within AWS environments.
- A technical background including data modelling, process management and software development using technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript or PHP.
