Bicycle Therapeutics Overview

Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing a novel class of medicines, referred to as Bicycle® molecules, for diseases that are underserved by existing therapeutics. Bicycle molecules are fully synthetic short peptides constrained with small molecule scaffolds to form two loops that stabilize their structural geometry. This constraint facilitates target binding with high affinity and selectivity, making Bicycle molecules attractive candidates for drug development. The company is evaluating Zelenectide Pevedotin (formerly BT8009), a Bicycle® Drug Conjugate (BDC®) targeting Nectin-4, a well-validated tumor antigen; BT5528, a BDC molecule targeting EphA2, a historically undruggable target; and BT7480, a Bicycle Tumor-Targeted Immune Cell Agonist® (Bicycle TICA®) targeting Nectin-4 and agonizing CD137, in company-sponsored clinical trials. Additionally, the company is developing Bicycle® Radioconjugates (BRC®) for radiopharmaceutical use and, through various partnerships, is exploring the use of Bicycle® technology to develop therapies for diseases beyond oncology.

Bicycle Therapeutics is headquartered in Cambridge, UK, with many key functions and members of its leadership team located in Lexington, Massachusetts, USA. For more information, visit bicycletherapeutics.com.

Job Description

As Enterprise Architect, you will help enable Bicycle Therapeutics’ success by shaping and delivering the technology backbone that supports our growth, pipeline and operations across Development, Supply and G&A. You will connect existing and future systems, platforms and data capabilities so teams can work effectively, make better decisions and scale with confidence, including in regulated settings where compliance, quality and data integrity matter.

This is a strategic design and delivery-focused role. You will make practical, secure and scalable technology choices, reusing and evolving existing solutions where they fit and replacing them where business needs have moved on. You will also be accountable for turning architecture direction into delivered capability, strengthening trusted data flow, data warehouse or lakehouse capabilities, analytics and AI-ready data products so data directly enables business processes, operational visibility and decision-making.

In this key technology leadership role for IT at Bicycle, reporting to the VP, IT & Cybersecurity, you will lead the technical architecture team across cloud/solution architecture, AI Ops and network/infrastructure engineering, partnering widely across Bicycle to turn architecture strategy into delivered solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
