Enterprise Architect

Glasgow

Salary: £80-90k
Start: ASAP

Brand new role to the market for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join the business throughout a continued period of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and own a strategic customer relationship within one of Scotland's fastest-growing technology businesses. The role will suit a senior architect with strong infrastructure, governance, and customer-facing experience.

You will become an architectural lead, acting as the trusted bridge between the client and customer; providing technical leadership, drive modernisation initiatives, and ensuring the evolution of customer's estates. For the right individual, this is a rare opportunity to build something lasting, influence strategic decisions at the highest level and play a key role in the growth of one of the UK's most exciting technology organisations.

About You

You are an experienced architect who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, governance, delivery, and customer engagement. You will also be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, defending technical decisions, and taking accountability for architectural outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
