Role: Enterprise Architect
Location: London, UK - REMOTE
Type: Permanent/ Full-Time
Job Description:
The Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as a strategic technology advisor, supporting enterprise customers in achieving business outcomes through modern marketing technology ecosystems. This role partners with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders to assess current-state capabilities, define future-state architectures, and develop digital transformation roadmaps. The EA is responsible for translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions, demonstrating innovative digital experiences, and guiding customers through value realization initiatives across their marketing technology landscape.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in a consultative architecture role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant, or senior technology/marketing leader.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end digital marketing ecosystems, including:
- Customer data platforms and data management solutions
- Marketing automation
- Omnichannel personalization
- Content management and content generation
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Media activation, measurement, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technology platforms and ecosystems, with expertise in areas such as:
- REST APIs and integrations
- Cloud platforms and storage solutions
- Structured and unstructured data management
- Data security, governance, and data movement patterns
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts through compelling business narratives and presentations tailored for technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify business challenges, technology gaps, and opportunities while defining future-state architectures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentation and architecture visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry-recognized certifications in enterprise marketing, customer experience, analytics, data platforms, or related technologies.
- Experience developing enterprise business cases focused on technology transformation, business value, and return on investment.
- Experience designing and delivering modern mobile application architectures, including native or cross-platform frameworks.
- Experience managing technology-driven business initiatives, including opportunity development, solution strategy, stakeholder engagement, and value measurement.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in enterprise marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
