Enterprise Architect - Asset Manager - Up to £160k
You get to design the future of a £40 billion asset manager, from a blank page.
This is a firm that runs lean. Small technology teams mean your fingerprints are on everything. There is no bureaucracy to hide behind and no committee to water down your ideas. What you design, gets built.
- You are the person shaping enterprise-wide architecture across the whole business. You face off to every part of the organisation, from investment to operations to technology, and you bring them with you. You are not advising from the sidelines. You are driving a multi-year transformation that touches everything.
- The platform is new. The architecture is yours to define. You will set the standards, build the frameworks and make sure adoption actually happens across a federated organisation. That takes influence, not authority, and you know how to make that work.
- You will be drawing on a strong grounding in business architecture, capability modelling, target operating models and value stream mapping. You understand the vendor and technology landscape in asset management. Capital markets and financial instruments are not new territory for you.
- You have led or played a central role in enterprise-wide transformation inside a regulated financial services firm. You know how to bring senior stakeholders along with you and you know how to drive outcomes when you do not hold the budget.
