The Opportunity (Data, AI & Intelligent Operations)
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to help define and evolve a global Data Intelligence Platform. This is a strategic architecture role focused on enabling cloud adoption, analytics, automation and AI (including Generative AI) at scale, working closely with senior stakeholders across delivery, operations and transformation.
You will shape platform direction, set architecture standards, and ensure the organisation can reliably turn data into actionable insight and intelligent services.

What You will Do
- Define the long-term vision, strategy and reference architecture for the Data Intelligence Platform.
- Lead the evolution of scalable, secure, high-performing data services across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Drive adoption of AI / GenAI, analytics and emerging data capabilities across the platform ecosystem.
- Establish and govern data architecture, integration patterns, and platform standards aligned to business priorities.
- Partner with senior leaders across operations, delivery, transformation and shared services to maximise value and adoption.
- Influence strategic technology decisions and create alignment across global stakeholder groups.
- Own the platform roadmap, investment priorities and innovation agenda.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional community of architects, engineers and data specialists.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear outcomes for executive audiences.
What You will Bring
- Strong experience leading enterprise-scale data platform architecture in complex, global environments.
- Deep knowledge of modern data patterns (e.g., lakehouse/warehouse, streaming, governance, metadata, data products).
- Experience with cloud data technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Delta Lake and related AI/ML services (or equivalents).
- Proven ability to create enterprise technology strategy and map business objectives to architectural outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management; able to influence at senior/executive levels.
- Track record of driving organisational change and building consensus across diverse teams.
- Passion for innovation across cloud, data, analytics and AI.

Qualifications & Certifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or similar.
- TOGAF (or equivalent enterprise architecture certification).
- Cloud / data platform certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks).
- Experience leading large-scale data, analytics and AI platforms.
